Establishing connections to the surrounding gardens guided the design process of our Borenore Road house.
Surrounded by vineyards and orchards, the high altitude region of Nashdale is both green and leafy through the warmer months and at times cold and harsh in the winter.
Hydronic heated concrete floors, carefully designed shade overhangs to glazing, and well detailed building connections all work to create a home that responds to these broad-ranging climate conditions.
